She was predeceased by: her parents, John Andrade and Mary Andrade (Mello); and her siblings, Mary E. Flack (Robert) and Gilbert Andrade (June). She is survived by: her husband Richard R. Usher; her children, Cynthia J. Rene (Domenic), Richard R. Usher, II (Charlene) and Bonnie B. Usher; her grandchildren, Lona M. Rene-Sullivan (James) and Jesse H. Usher Barrett (Meghan); her great grandchild Anissa E. R. Lancellotti; and her siblings, Angela A. Burke (late James) and Dr. John R. Andrade (Paula).
