With sadness, we share the passing of Evelyn Theresa (Hyder) Coccio of Bristol, Rhode Island. Evelyn, born on March 14, 1944, passed away on July 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Coccio, Sr.; her parents, Charles Hyder and Anna Mae Hyder (Welch); and her siblings, Leonard (late Jeannie), Charles "Jackie" (Janice), Bruce Hyder (Dorothy) and Beverly Carreiro.
She is survived by: her sons, John R. Coccio, Jr. (Beth) and David J. Coccio (Marie); her grandchildren, Kathleen Oberg (Jeff), Matthew Coccio, Kelly Coccio and Ryan Coccio (Madelyn); her great grandchildren, Audrey, Anthony Oberg, Enzo and Stella Coccio; and her sisters, Anna Mae Hyder and Mary Cavaliere. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
