He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Caizzi (Malafronte); and his parents, Frank Caizzi and Margaret Caizzi (Vaccaro). He is survived by: his children, David Caizzi (Susan), Debra Messenger (Claudio) and Carolyn Caizzi (Magdalyn); and his grandchildren, Michael Caizzi (Maddie), Alex Caizzi, Lucy Messenger and Harry Messenger. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
