She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Botelho and Maria Irondina Botelho (Couto); and her brother Dr. Paul Alves Botelho. She is survived by: her siblings, Geraldino Alves Botelho, Humberto Alves Botelho and Maria Odette Botelho; and her nieces and nephews, Helder Botelho, Zulmira Allcock, Francisco Botelho, Cidalia Botelho, Mary Ann Botelho and Allison Botelho.
