She was predeceased by: her husband Jose J. Botelho; her parents, Simao Eugenia and Maria Eugenia; and her siblings, Conceicão Gomes and João Louro.

She is survived by: her children, Zelia Garcia (late Francisco) of Bristol, Gilda Cordeiro (John) of Bristol, Rosa Paiva (late Agostinho) of Warren, John Botelho (Theresa) of Fall River and Lee Terra (Ron Krupinski) of Bristol; and her grandchildren, Joe, Rosemary, Sandra, Paul, Melissa, Jesse, Lenny, Stephanie, Johnathan, Mark, Jennifer and Eric. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
