He is survived by: his parents, Anthony William Brooks, Sr. of Staley and Jamie Brooks (Sousa) of Bristol, RI; his siblings, Tiffany Brooks (Eric Booth) of Boston, MA and Anthony Jr. "AJ" (Lindsey Dreher) of New York; his grandmothers, Lorraine A. Sousa of Bristol, RI and Mary A. Brooks of Liberty; his aunts and uncles, Monica, Winston Cobb of Swansea, MA, Cindy, William Cobb of Swansea, MA, Gregory Brooks of Greensboro, Karla Brooks of Staley and Lamar Brooks of Durham; his cousins, Marsalis, Melanie (Mike), Winston (Kayti), Lindsey, Ben (Corbitt), Isadore, Marlowe, Bubby, Gabi and Zack; Gronk.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in JJ's honor may be made to the family to help alleviate funeral expenses.
