James T. Heatherton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James T. Heatherton of Bristol, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 11, 2026, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Heatherton and Rose Heatherton (Harkin); and his siblings, Gene Heatherton, John Heatherton, Raymond Heatherton and Rosemary Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Michael "Tuba" Heatherton (Veda Semarne) of North Hills, CA, Debbie Heatherton DeSisto of Riverside and Kristen Heatherton Masse (Joseph Masse) of Barrington, RI; his grandchildren, Heather DeSisto of East Providence, Kelly Brochu (Ike) of Worcester, MA, Dean DeSisto (Khloem) of Riverside, Michelle Masse and Harrison Masse of Barrington; and his siblings, Paul Heatherton of West Warwick and Anne Heatherton of California. He is also survived by five great grandchildren, with a sixth great grandchild.
