He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Louise Quigley (Picchione); his children, Mark R. Quigley (Anne (Dollins) Quigley) of Bristol, RI and Karen A. MacGovern of Bristol, RI; his grandchildren, Patrick MacGovern (Brianna) of Warren, RI, Kyle MacGovern of Warren, RI and Scott MacGovern (Maggie) of Milford, MA; his great grandchildren, Alistair, Dorian and Owen MacGovern; and his brother Michael Quigley. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his name may be made to Tunnels for Towers Foundation.
