He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose L Alves and Maria Lurdes Alves (Pereira). He is survived by: his wife Adriana Alves (Amaral); his daughters, Fatima Bacon of Rehoboth, Mass and Cynthia Merritt of Bristol; and his granddaughters, Emily Merritt and Isabella Merritt.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the George C. Lima Funeral Home (367 High St, Bristol, RI 02809). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth's Church (577 Wood St, Bristol, RI 02809). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
