With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Madeline Grimo of Bristol, Rhode Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 2, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Madeline Grimo to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Peter A. Grimo; her parents, Louis and Maria C.; and her siblings, John Botelho, Feliciano Botelho, Joseph Botelho, Gildo Botelho, Rose Raposa, Mary Ferreira and Otilia Teixeira.

She is survived by: her children, Dr. Steven Grimo (Laura) of Canton, Gerald Grimo (Agnes) of Windsor, VT and Patricia Squatrito (Nat) of Bristol; and her grandchildren, Michael Grimo (Brooke), Jonathan Grimo (Christine), Jennifer Brill (Steven), Matthew Grimo, Andrew Squatrito, Audrey Gault (William), Zachary Tetu, Andrew Kennedy, Patrick Kennedy and Kevin Kennedy. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol, RI 02809.
