He was predeceased by: his spouse Belmira Ramos (Carvalho); his parents, Fortunato Ramos and Deolinda Ramos (Ignacio); and his siblings, Fernanda Torres Robertson, Joseph Ramos and John Ramos.

He is survived by: his daughter Anabela Ramos. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
