He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothea Morris (Pine); his parents, Manuel Raymond and Madeline Morris (Menese); his daughter Deborah DeCosta; and his brother Daniel Morris.
He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Elderkin (Gary) of Middletown, RI; his stepdaughters, Sharon Madeiro of Carlisle, MA and Doreen Walker of Sanford, ME; and his sisters, Geraldine Bettencourt of Warren, RI, Bernadette Wallace of Starks, ME and Eleanor Cabral. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
