He is survived by: his significant other Marie (Cerra); his children, Michaeline Donovan (Tim), Daria Champlin (Eric), Michael Collins (Laura) and Kirstin Collins; and his grandchildren, Gregory (Lindsey), Sarah, Michael (Kathleen), Katie, Meagan, Jacob, John, Molly and Luke.
