He is survived by: his brother Stephen (Marilyn) of Iowa City, IA; his nephew Lars (Kristina); his great-niece Lorelei; his great-nephew Garrett of Las Vegas, NV; and his niece Kari (William McGuigan) of Bonn, Germany.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given in Mike's memory to St. Michael's Episcopal Church (Bristol) or The Carter Center.
