He was predeceased by: his parents, Lincoln Staveley and Margaret "Peg" Staveley (Magee); and his siblings, Sally Kettelle, Nancy Winslow, David Staveley and Paul Staveley.
He is survived by: his son Richard S. "Rick" Staveley, Jr. (Frances) of Wellington, Florida; his stepson Charlie Capizano of Bristol; his granddaughter Jenica Pothier of Warren; his great grandchildren, Brynn, Eliana, Olivia and Theodore; and his brother William "Billy" Staveley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
