He is survived by: his children, William Blake, Jacqueline Cunningham and James Blake; his wife Jamie; and his stepdaughters, Debra Choiniere, Cyndi Carlson, Joanne DeMasco and Barbara DeMasco (David Beauchemin). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
