We bid farewell to Vasco R. Pires of Bristol, Rhode Island, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 3, 2025 at the age of 80. Vasco touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his spouse Lindaura F. Pires (Raposo); his parents, Augusto Pires and Elaria Pires; his uncle Guilherme Pires; and his brother-in-law Joe Raposa.

He is survived by: his son Vasco Pires of Bristol; his brother Augusto Pires of Canada; and his in-laws, Virginia Dupont (Raposo) of Carver, MA and Walter Fox of Bristol. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
