He was predeceased by: his parents, William V. Barlow and Alice G. Barlow (Murphy). He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Millie" M. Barlow (Vallis); his children, Patricia Powell (Philip) of Portsmouth, RI, William Barlow (Jeanne) of Warren, RI, Debbie Macrides (Michael) of Boxboro, MA, Betsy Mattos (John) of Bristol, RI, Thomas Barlow (Kathleen) of Abington, MA and Jonathan Barlow (Kha) of New Zealand; his grandchildren, Katie Powell, Allison Powell, Emily Gifford (Powell), Peter Barlow, Alex Barlow, Melissa Macrides, Michael Macrides, Alexandra Macrides, Samantha Mattos, Max Mattos, Kathleen Barlow, William Barlow, Molly Barlow and Thomas Barlow; his great grandchildren, Ady Hadden, Clara Hadden and Stephen "Ford" Gifford; his sisters, Patricia Healey (Robert) of Marblehead, MA and Barbara Martin (Robert) of Tiverton, RI; and his former wife Judith Barlow (Bill) of East Douglas, MA..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the George C. Lima Funeral Home (367 High St, Bristol, RI 02809). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (330 Wood St, Bristol, RI 02809).
