He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Nys and Jacqueline S. Nys (Mandeville). He is survived by: his partner Mark Caron; his sister Suzanne Harnois (Mark) of Pascoag; his niece Nicole Dwyer (Corey); his great-nieces, Aurora and Melody; Jeremie Harnois (Holly).
