She was predeceased by: her husband Matthew S. Lubera; her parents, Wilfred Cordeau and Hortense "Lena" Cordeau (Porier); her stepfather Stanley "Ogie" Ogozalek; and her siblings, Jennie Lubera of Pawtucket, Florence Sczes of Slatersville, Rosalie Skrymiarz of Central Falls, Lorraine Turcotte of Pawtucket, Gloria Montecalvo of Cranston, Ruth Cordeau of Pawtucket and Wilfred Cordeau of Pawtucket.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah A. DiBenedetto (Dennis) of Cranston; her grandchildren, Dana Papitto (Jerry Jr.) of Cranston, Ashley O'Rourke (Christopher) of Cranston and Drew DiBenedetto (Julianne) of Mansfield, Massachusetts; and her great grandchildren, Adelaide, Giulio Papitto, Kinsley O'Rourke and Liam DiBenedetto.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home (757 Mendon Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (391 High St, Central Falls, RI 02863).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Adele's memory may be made to St. Joseph's Church, 391 High Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island.
