She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Razukiewicz of Pawtucket; her children, Alan Razukiewicz (Mandi) of Pawtucket, Darren Razukiewicz (Kalyn) of Chepachet and Amy Razukiewicz (Anthony) of Mahopac; and her siblings, Father Bruce Sleczkowski (Marian) of Pennsylvania and Dale Sleczkowski of Pawtucket.
