It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas Elkas (Central Falls, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Albert Elkas. He is survived by : his mother Florence Jacques; his wife Darlene; his daughter Gabrielle Neel (Matthew) of Woonsocket; and his siblings-in-law, Nicholas Matook (Elaine) of Cumberland, Judith Fortier (Russell) of Pawtucket and Linda Matook of South Hamilton, MA.. He is also survived by his God children, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Doug's memory may be made to St. Ephraim's Church in Central Falls, West Place Animal Farm in Providence or to a charity of your choice.
