He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa Wec (Sojka); and his parents, Julian Wec and Czeslawa Wec (Czyzowicz). He is survived by: his son John Wec (Urszula) of Pawtucket; his granddaughter Victoria Wec of Pawtucket; and his siblings, Wieslaw Wec of Central Falls, Edward Wec of Central Falls, Roman Wec of Smithfield, Jerzy Wec of Cumberland and Krystyna Kozlowski of Johnston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
