We are sad to announce that, on May 18, 2026, at the age of 64, Susan Sousa of Central Falls, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Susan's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Susan has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Vezina and Atonetta Vezina (Malascalza); her children, Robert Sousa, Melissa Shaffield and Mary Rose Sousa; and her siblings, Sandra Choen, Shelly Hunter, Stephen Vezina and Sharon Vezina.
