He was predeceased by : his father Victor A. Tougas; and his siblings, Irene Whitman (Tougas) and Jospeh (Barbara). He is survived by : his children, Pamela Roberts (William), Rene Tougas and Suzanne Robinson (Wayne); and his grandchildren, Dana (Ethan Campbell) and Travis Robinson.
