It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis E. Fenner of Charlestown, Rhode Island, born in Westerly, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 2, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Milton A. Fenner, Sr. and Mildred A. Fenner (Smith); his significant other Louisa M. Whitney; and his siblings, Georgeanna F. Kinnear, Milton "Milt" Fenner, Jr., Daniel D. Fenner and Peter L. Fenner.
He is survived by : his nieces, Wendy Fenner Aubin and Tia Fenner; and his nephew Kerry Fenner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, stepchildren, step grandchildren, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
