He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Kip and Scott; his daughters-in-law, Melissa and Sarah; his grandchildren, Jack and Sage Puckett; his sisters, Liz Register and Phyllis Keen; and his brother-in-law Barry Doyle.
