Perry Jr. of Charlestown, Sharon Perry of Providence, Debra Perry of Providence, Lawrence Perry Sr. of South Kingstown, Darin Perry of South Kingstown, Chris Perry of South Kingstown, Shawn Perry of South Kingstown, Dawn Perry and Thayer; and her grandchildren, Anaizah M. Perry, Jalissa L. Perry-Lawrence and Aniyah Tina-Marie Perry.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home (88 Columbia St, Wakefield, RI 02879). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
