DeCubellis, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Theresa; his granddaughter Lena Alice DeCubellis; his parents, Sandra DeCubellis (Jardin) and Alfred DeCubellis; his fiancée Joyce Colantonio; his brother Frederick DeCubellis; his sister-in-law Melinda; his brother Alfred DeCubellis, Jr.; his sister-in-law Holly; his sister Robin DeCubellis; his cousins, Albert Parente, John Macedonio and John Danella; and his pet Deeko. He is also survived by his family while proudly watching his son.
