She is survived by: her daughter Danielle Hazelwood (Fred) of West Warwick; her grandson Judah; her sisters, Carol Boyer of North Providence and Connie Soder of Jacksonville, FL; her aunt Adele Bolton of Texas; and her uncle Richard Leveille of Smithfield. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
