He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest L. Belanger and Berthe C. Belanger (Dube); and his sister Frances Woods. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Braga, Mark Belanger, Matthew Belanger, Melissa Belanger, Daniel Belanger and Thomas Belanger; his grandchildren, Brandon, Bethany, Thomas Jr., Sebastian, Sydney, Isabella, Jacob, Emily and Katerina; his great grandchildren, Kai, Mia, Willa, Juniper and Gannan; and his sister Madeleine Ordway.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Iannotti Funeral Home (2000 Nooseneck Hill Rd, Coventry, RI 02816). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
