He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Ostrowsky and Ethel G Ostrowsky (Doxey). He is survived by: his wife Eileen Ostrowsky (Grandchamp); his children, Lori Archer (Bob) of Florida, Donna Bottella of Connecticut, Edward Ostrowsky of Massachusetts, Robert Thomas (Debbie) of Rhode Island, Joy Pizarro (Roy) of Rhode Island and Dawn Hankey of Rhode Island; and his friend Bill Spano. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and siblings.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery (301 S County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ri Veterans Memorial Cemetery (301 S County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822).
