He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara M. Frail-Rusack (Dexter); and his parents, Herman Rusack and Elly Rusack (Redeker). He is survived by: his sister Karen DiPadua; his sibling's children, Stephen, Mark and Nancy DiPadua; and his close friend Barbara Stetson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home (659 E Greenwich Ave, West Warwick, RI 02893). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Oakland Cemetery.
