She was predeceased by: her father Francisco; her son Manuel F. Couto; and her siblings, Aida Terceira, Francisco Amaral, Jose Amaral, Louis Raposo, Manuel Raposo, Antonio Raposo and Paula Tavares.
She is survived by: her husband Manuel B. Couto; her daughter Anne M. Harris (late Bruce E. Harris, Jr.); her daughter-in-law Ana Isabel (Reis-Couto); her grandchildren, Stephanie Sirignano of Greenville, Nicole Elliott (William) of Coventry, Justin Hodde (Kelsy) of North Attleboro, Daniel Couto of Coventry and Elena Couto of West Warwick; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Callie, Colbie, Anabela, Mason Manuel Elliott, Mila Sirignano, Kaylee and Kal Hodde; her goddaughter Gloria Bancroft (Faria); and her siblings, Margaret Faria (Antero) of West Warwick and John Raposo (Ana) of Port St. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
