He is survived by: his parents, Mark Osenkowski and Gina Osenkowski (Hames); his grandparents, Arline Osenkowski (Applebey) and Robert J. Osenkowski; his sister Jill Osenkowski; his sister-in-law Melissa DeSandre; his significant other Brianna Ferretti; and his son Truen Osenkowski.
