He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Francis M. and Mary Hames (Martinoli). He is survived by: his parents, Mark Osenkowski and Gina Osenkowski (Hames); his grandparents, Arline Osenkowski (Applebey) and Robert J. Osenkowski; his sister Jill Osenkowski; his sister-in-law Melissa DeSandre; his significant other Brianna Ferretti; and his son Truen Osenkowski.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Czenstochowa Church (455 Washington St, Coventry, RI 02816). A committal service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (70 Church St, West Warwick, RI 02893).
