He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara R. Lapinsky (Botello); his parents, Edward J. Sr. Lapinsky and Rose P. Lapinsky (Pona); and his siblings, Joseph Lapinsky and Vincenza Pannell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Rose Lapinsky (Jonathon Leandro) of Coventry and Tonya Anika (Robert) of Coventry; his grandchildren, Gena Anika and Robert Anika Jr.; and his brother Edward J. Lapinsky Jr. (Barbara) of West Warwick.
