He was predeceased by: his wife Florence L. Lawrence (Matteson); his parents, Joseph Lawrence and Marianna Lawrence (Medeiros); and his siblings, Joseph Lawrence, Edward Lawrence, Mary Ribeiro and Dorothy Matteson.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia L. McCormick (Raymond) of Coventry, Robin P. Cone of Coventry and Laurie A. Perry (late William D. Perry III) of Coventry; his grandchildren, Allison, Corey, Jordan, Brandon, Casey, Rosalie and Amanda; and his great grandchild Colby. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
