He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Rathbun Sr. and Dorothy Rathbun (LaPointe); his daughter Justine; and his brother Arthur A. Rathbun. He is survived by: his daughter Jamie L. Rathbun; his sister Karen Paul; and his grandchildren, Parker Jaynes and Paxton Jaynes.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home and Crematory (721 Washington St, Coventry, RI 02816).
