He was predeceased by: his father Robert A. Nelson, Sr.; and his grandparents, Michele and Colombe DeCiantis. He is survived by: his mother Joyce M. Nelson (DeCiantis) of Coventry; his brothers, Jason M. Bouchard of Coventry, Robert Nelson Jr. (Dolly) of Marlow and Randy Nelson of Warwick; and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by family, Jerry leaves behind many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, friends, roommates and caregivers.
