He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer; his grandchildren, Skyla and Angelina; and his siblings, Cynthia A. Fagan-Perry of Coventry and Timothy P. Fagan of Sandgate, VT. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
