He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Jackson and Agatha Jackson (Romanski); and his siblings, Ronald Jackson and Elaine Thimes. He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Jackson (Duclos); his stepchildren, Joseph DeCourcey, Lisa Rae and Kenneth DeCourcey; his grandchildren, Taylor, McKenzie, Brandon, Ashley, Alex, Kayden, Bryan, Malayna, Logan, Samantha, Lauren, Riley, Simon, Miles, Bryce, Jaden, Hailey and Judy; and his great grandchildren, Ivy, Kolbi, Aven and William.
