He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce E. Ratliff (Selby); his parents, Raymond D. Ratliff and Velma R. Ratliff (Strong); his brothers, James Ratliff of Wichita and Rick Ratliff (Cidney) of Phoenix, Arizona.; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Selby (Rita) of West Warwick and Janet Riley of West Warwick. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Iannotti Funeral Home (2000 Nooseneck Hill Rd, Coventry, RI 02816). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
