He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Smith and Dorothy Anna Smith (McCabe); and his sister Elizabeth Larrivee. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Smith (Keener); his son Patrick Smith; his sister Catherine Maxwell (Robert); and his pet Rufus. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home (721 Washington St, Coventry, RI 02816).
