She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony R. Andre; her parents, Antonio Frates and Josephine Frates (Alves); and her siblings, Edmund Frates, Vivian Verhoest and Lorraine Moore.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Baker (Walter) of Coventry, Brenda Andre of Coventry and Claudia Andre of Coventry; her grandchildren, Sasha Dugal (Jeff), Shakira Baker and Desiree Martinelli (Frank); her great grandchildren, Isaiah Baker, Matthew Davidson, Anthony, Francesca Martinelli, Sofia, Lilliana Dugal and Naomi Baker; and her sister Carolyn Muschiano of East Greenwich. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
