She was predeceased by: her mother Elaine Dumas (Hemmingway); her stepparents, Theodosia "Teddy" Dumas (Carson) and Ramona; and her brothers, Robert Dumas and Dwight Dumas.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer M. Ellis of Cranston; her father Raymond H. Dumas of Florida; and her siblings, Deborah McCoy, Roxann Phillips, Elaina Cooke, Brenda Etchells, Kristen Flint, Raymond Dumas Jr., Ronald Dumas, Harold Fletcher and Leo Allen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great- nephews.
