It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Johnson (Coventry, Rhode Island), who passed away on July 3, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald R. Johnson; her parents, Antonio Palladino and Carmella Palladino (Petrella); and her siblings, Mary Izzo (Palladino), Giuseppe Palladino, Antimo Palladino, Brigida Raimondo (Palladino), Vincenza Sauco (Palladino), Angelo, Biagio, Armando and Teresa Palladino.

She is survived by: her great grandchild Rita; her sons, Wayne A. Johnson (Melinda), Roger P. Johnson (Kelly) and Robert R. Johnson (Arielle); and her great grandchildren, Landon, Elliot and Wyatt.

Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Iannotti Funeral Home (2000 Nooseneck Hill Rd, Coventry, RI 02816). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saints John & Paul Church (341 S Main St, Coventry, RI 02816).
