Rita D. Palardy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2026, at the age of 93, Rita D. Palardy of Coventry, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lucien E. Palardy; her parents, Olivier Poulin and Albertine Poulin (Lapointe); her daughter Carol Campbell; her grandson Thomas Campbell; and her brothers, Armand Poulin, Raymond Poulin and Roland Poulin.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Drouin (Raymond) of Mattapoisett, MA, Cynthia Coulombe (Alfred) of Coventry, Lynne Caliri (John) of Smithfield, Alan Palardy (Jennifer) of St. Thomas, Donald Palardy (Renee) of Rehoboth, MA, John Palardy of Smithfield and Tracey Smith (Peter) of Woonsocket; and her sister Dolores Blais of Swansea, MA.. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:15 AM at the William W. Tripp Funeral Home (1008 Newport Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Of St. John Paul II Parish (755 Central Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861). A burial was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (550 Wampanoag Trl, Riverside, RI 02915).
