He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Kettell and Mary M. Kettell (Andrews); and his siblings, Earl Kettell (Lucy) and Shirley Atkinson (George). He is survived by: his wife Pasqualina "Patsy" Kettell (Iannotti). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
