Lake (Thomas); his sisters, Cheryl May and Delight Merigold-McCoy; his grandchildren, Megan Merigold, Haley Merigold, Josie Lake, Alexander Lake (Alexandria Knox), Nicholas Lake, Samuel Lake and Quentin Lake; and his great grandchild Remington Lake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
