She was predeceased by: her husband Gerard M. "Skip" Maynard; her parents, Alfred Lacaillade and Diane Lacaillade (Hebert); her child-in-law Claire M. Roche; and her siblings, Armand Lacallaide, Alfred Lacallaide and Jacqueline Rockwell.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas G. Maynard (Kim Pratt) of Coventry and Amanda J. Casavant (Paul) of Coventry; her grandchildren, Jared G. Maynard, Alexandra L. Phillips, Caitlin D. Maynard and Abigail E. Bleichner; and her great grandchildren, Haleigh, Ava, Charlotte, Liam, Claire, Zella and Camille.
